The 1930s Dust Bowl wasn’t just a natural disaster; it was a man-made ecological collapse. For decades, intensive farming stripped the land of its nutrients until the foundation of the American heartland literally blew away.
We believe a similar kind of collapse is happening right now within the American economy.

And yet, when any finite system is over-harvested without being replenished, it eventually gets exhausted, whether you’re talking about topsoil or a national economy. This exhaustion now saturates our daily news, appearing as political polarization and institutional gridlock that is increasingly impossible to miss.
We’ve reached a point where the wealth gap can no longer be ignored. If we want our historical prosperity to continue, we must build more inclusive institutions. That’s not just our opinion. The 2024 Nobel Prize in Economics was awarded for research demonstrating that inclusive nations prosper while extractive ones stagnate.
That’s why we’re turning our own industry’s profit margins into a permanent giving structure built into the firm’s revenue model. Aaron is a humanist. He believes in people, trusts in evidence-based science, and knows our collective potential is staggering when we work together. During his fifteen-year corporate career prior to launching Shared Prosperity Group, Aaron managed over a billion dollars in assets and guided hundreds of families through complex financial landscapes. That experience made one truth clear: the financial industry has perfected the harvest, but its failure to replenish the soil has fueled an enormous wealth disparity in our nation.
He founded SPG to change not just how wealth is managed, but what it does. Aaron engineered a modern firm that provides all the wealth management services you expect, but with a structure that permanently redirects a full 10% of the firm’s gross revenue back into society. This commitment never increases client fees or lowers returns, as it is strictly funded from revenue the firm has already earned. He is dedicated to proving that building your own wealth and investing in your community aren’t a trade-off… they’re the same goal.

A native Oregonian with deep roots in community engagement, Allison brings over 15 years of experience as a public-facing strategist at Travel Oregon, where she built partnerships, represented the state on national media, and developed campaigns across the tourism and nonprofit sectors.
Driven by a long-standing desire to make a more direct social impact, she now leads Shared Prosperity Group’s charitable giving efforts, vetting grantees, managing cause partnerships, and ensuring every dollar achieves real, measurable change.
With a background in communications, media relations, and stakeholder alignment, Allison turns SPG’s commitment to giving into real, verifiable grants.

Since joining SPG in 2024, Mitzi has quickly become our most valued hire. At just over a year on the job, she has already redefined executive leadership in the fields of tail wagging, emotional support deployment, and snack-based morale strategy.
